BeyondHQ is a web-based platform that CRE brokers use to find the ideal location for their clients' next office. I worked at BeyondHQ from launch, designing and managing all of the marketing efforts. The company started out as a full-stack solution for opening a new office, and one year in, we pivoted to focus on location selection.
This project was pre-pivot, towards the end of 2019. We held a webinar to build trust and thought leadership for minimal cost. I created and executed all of the marketing materials for the webinar, in addition to hosting the webinar.
Hosting a Webinar
We hosted a webinar to boost our thought leadership for opening new offices for minimal time, cost and effort. I created a digital campaign leading up to and following the webinar to generate awareness and interest in the webinar. I leveraged email (marketing and direct), social media, blogging, and free content to promote the event. We also reached out directly to several VC firms to offer the webinar as a resource to their portfolio companies.
This was all in the effort to establish trust with potential customers based on their needs and to increase our brand awareness.
Design, Copy, & Marketing Management
I designed, wrote copy for, and managed all digital marketing efforts for BeyondHQ. For this particular campaign (and all marketing efforts), we wanted to meet our potential customers where they already spent their time. Targeting the C-Suite for fast and growing tech startups meant that we were speaking to a young to middle-aged, highly tech-literate audience. To promote our webinar, I used social media, Eventbrite, marketing emails, and direct emails.
Evergreen Content
I used the talking points from our webinar to create evergreen content for our brand. During the webinar, I took advantage of the opportunity to capture what was most important to our customer and design content that would be helpful to them.
